Return Policy and Instructions
If you are not completely satisfied with any Service Publication, please send an email to dealer.services@macktrucks.com and provide the following information:

1. Your name and telephone number
2. Your order number
3. Number and title of manual being returned

A control number will be provided to you, as well as instructions regarding ship-to location. The control number provided to you must appear on the return package. This will expedite your return and ensure that you receive proper credit.
